Step 1: Consultation

We begin with a one-on-one consultation, either in person or online, to discuss your vision.  Whether you have a design in mind or need inspiration, we'll guide you through every detail to ensure we bring your ideas to life.

Step 2: Design and Approval

Our expert designers will create a custom design based on your consultation.  You'll receive a digital mockup to review and make any adjustments.  Once you're happy with the design, we'll get your approval to move forward.

Step 3:  Crafting

With your design approved, our skilled jewelers will begin crafting your custom piece using the highest quality materials.  This stage includes careful attention to detail and precision to ensure your piece is made to perfection.

Step 4: Delivery 

Once your custom piece is complete, we will carefully package and deliver it to you.  Your custom jewelry is ready to shine!
